Case review

Get your case reviewed

Before you commit to full casework, we read your papers properly and set out where you stand in writing. It is real advice, not a taster, and every penny of it counts toward casework if you go ahead.

Delivered within seven working days

Credited in full against casework if you instruct us within 28 days of receiving the review. There is no online payment: we invoice after the review is delivered, not before. See the full price ladder on our SEND tribunal fees page, or go straight to which SEND tribunal appeal you need.

Start with the free call

A case review starts with the same free 20-minute call as everything else. We confirm what papers we need and agree the £420 fee in writing. We invoice once the review is delivered, not before. Book a slot below.

Questions parents ask first

Does this commit me to anything?
No. A case review is a standalone piece of written advice. Nothing obliges you to instruct us for casework afterwards, and there is no pressure on the call to decide either way.
What if I don't want to go ahead after reading it?
Then that's the review doing its job. You keep the written advice either way, and you owe nothing further.
Is £420 the final price, or could there be extras?
£420 including VAT is the whole price for the review. If your case genuinely needs more than a written review to answer your question, we will say so on the free call before anything is charged, not after.
